Information and advisory support

Information and advisory support consists of ongoing assistance provided to project participants in dealing with basic matters, including:

  • creating a profile (diia.pl) on the mObywatel portal,
  • assistance in health matters (choosing a doctor, finding a specialist, health insurance, rehabilitation services),
  • assistance in finding your way in the Polish education system,
  • help at the bank,
  • explanation of the rules for using public transport,
  • other needs reported by participants and possible to be met by the Beneficiary.
