📢 Since October 1st, a lawyer has been working at the Foreigners Integration Center in Gorzów Wielkopolski to provide free advice on labor law. 👩⚖️ How can a lawyer help you?
- explain your rights and obligations as an employee in Poland
- will analyze the employment contract or contract of mandate
- advises in case of problems with the employer (e.g. lack of payment, overtime, holidays)
- provide information on legal employment and procedures for obtaining documents authorizing work (permit, declaration, notification)
- will explain the procedures related to the termination of employment contracts and contracts of mandate
- support in contacts with the employer, the National Labor Inspectorate, and the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)
