🗓 When can applications be submitted?
Applications can be submitted from May 4, 2026 to March 4, 2027.
💻 How to apply?
The application is submitted exclusively electronically via the MOS 2.0 system.
📎 What do you need to prepare? The application must be accompanied by:
- digital photography
- confirmation of payment
💳 How much does it cost?
- PLN 340 – fee for issuing a temporary residence permit,
- PLN 100 – fee for issuing a residence card.
🪪 How long is the card issued for?
The CUKR card is issued for a period of 3 years.
Who can apply for the CUKR card?
The card can be applied for by people who:
- had UKR status on 4 June 2025,
- they also have UKR status on the day of submitting the application,
- have been using UKR status continuously for at least 365 days.
‼️Worth remembering
⚠ After receiving the CUKR card, the person stops using the UKR status.
📬 The ready card must be collected within 60 days of receiving the request.
Failure to collect the document within this time means that the card will be invalidated..
