Training for intercultural assistants from Lubusz Voivodeship schools

On October 30, two inspiring training sessions entitled "Activities in an intercultural environment" were held at the Foreigners Integration Center in Gorzów Wielkopolski.„ 

During the meeting, participants:

  • learned about the rights and obligations of foreigners in Poland,
  • developed intercultural communication skills,
  • learned to cooperate with teachers, students and parents,
  • They practiced integration methods and working with children with migration experience.

The classes were led by experts from Caritas of the Zielona Góra-Gorzów Diocese and guests:

  • Iryna Ladyka – intercultural assistant with many years of experience
  • Marek Lemański – psychologist and mediator

Atmosphere? 

Full of openness, exchange of experiences and practical knowledge that supports the daily work of intercultural assistants in Lubusz schools.

The training was conducted as part of the "Action – Migration. Lubuskie Center for the Integration of Foreigners" project.„

The project is co-financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) for 2021–2027.

Training for cultural and cultural assistants in Lublin schools

30 жовтня у Центрі інтеграції іноземців у Гожуві-Великопольському відбулися два натхненні тренінги під name «Дії в cultural heartland» 

Під час зустрічі учасники:

  • we know about the laws and regulations,
  • they focused on the cultural and communicative trends,
  • they learned about work,
  • they worked on the methods of integration досвідом.
