Information and advisory support consists of ongoing assistance provided to project participants in dealing with basic matters, including setting up a profile (diia.pl) on the mObywatel portal, assistance in dealing with health-related matters (choosing a family doctor, finding a specialist, obtaining health insurance, obtaining rehabilitation services), assistance in finding one's way in the Polish education system, assistance with banking, explanation of the rules for using public transport, and other assistance depending on the needs reported by project participants and the capabilities of the project beneficiary.

Legal support Coverage will be provided for the protection of employee rights. The aim of this support is to eliminate all forms of abuse by employers and to ensure decent working conditions and decent wages for foreigners. Legal support can play a key role in ensuring safe and fair employment conditions for foreigners.

Language courses They will be delivered at various levels, from A1 to A2, in the form of training modules for both adults and children. Training groups will consist of 5 to 15 participants (average 10). Each participant will have the opportunity to participate in at least one training module. Upon completion of the training, participants will be issued certificates.
