The first edition of the children's course is behind us

This week, a course for children of foreigners was held, during which participants deepened their knowledge and broadened their horizons on the following topics:

  • Poland from scratch (where we are, what are the national symbols, language, cities)
  • history and legends (who were the kings and how Poland was founded)
  • who rules the country (what the president does, what rights do we have)
  • culture and traditions (holidays, food, music)
  • everyday life (education, health, safety, professions)

The course included workshops, educational games, and practical exercises that engaged all participants. This allowed the children not only to expand their knowledge but also develop social skills and a creative approach.

The adaptation and orientation course for children of foreigners legally staying in Poland was conducted by Caritas of the Zielona Góra-Gorzów Diocese at the Foreigners Integration Centre in Gorzów Wielkopolski.
