If you are planning to submit an application, please prepare in advance:
1. Digital photo
📌made no earlier than 6 months before submitting the application
📌 dimensions 35 × 45 mm or format 684 × 883 pixels, max 2.5 MB
📌The face should occupy 70–80% of the photo.
2. Confirmation of fees
PLN 340 – stamp duty for issuing a temporary residence permit

If you wish to submit an application for a child, please also prepare their photo and fees.
3. Also prepare:
– your and/or your child's valid passport
– your and/or your child’s PESEL number,
– login and password for the Trusted Profile.
