On April 24, 2026, a meeting was held at the Foreigners Integration Center with specialists from the Lubusz Voivodeship Office, dedicated to the MOS 2.0 system.

MOS 2.0 (Moduł Obsługi Spraw) is a new system designed to simplify administrative procedures, especially those related to residence legalization. It will allow users to submit applications online, track their case status, and communicate more efficiently with the office.

During the meeting, we took a closer look at how the system works in practice. We discussed:
• what MOS 2.0 is and what it will be used for
• how to submit an application step by step
• what the entire process looks like
• what to pay attention to when completing forms
• which documents need to be prepared and attached
• what changes the implementation of the system will bring

The meeting provided an opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and better prepare for the upcoming changes.
