We invite you to participate in free training titled "„Diversity in Kindergarten: Children with Migration or Refugee Experience in the Group”:
- teachers
- psychologists
- educators
- management Staff
- and other specialists.
Training program:
- how the adaptation of children with migration or refugee experience in kindergarten looks and what may hinder or support it
- building a sense of safety and belonging for a child in a new environment
- supporting the peer group to be open, empathetic, and inclusive
- everyday challenges at work (e.g., language barrier, cultural differences, children’s emotions) and ways to cope with tchem
- the role of the teacher, educator, and specialist in creating a safe and supportive space for all children
- specific situations from participants’ practice
Trainer: a psychologist with many years of experience working with children in kindergartens, a Psychological and Pedagogical Counseling Center, and a Crisis Intervention Center.
Training date: April 23, 2026 (Thursday), 8:30–11:30
Venue: Center for Integration of Foreigners in Gorzów Wlkp., 34 Kombatantów Street (WATRAL building), 3rd floor, 66-400 Gorzów Wielkopolski.
